unable to stat() /var/www/chenyoung01_pythonanywhere_com_wsgi.py

I saw a similar error here: https://www.pythonanywhere.com/forums/topic/12243/. I get the exact same venv error, error log error, and server log errors. Is it a problem with PythonAnywhere? I have ran

python3.6 -i /var/www/chenyoung01_pythonanywhere_com_wsgi.py

which works successfully.

We had a problem with one of our servers, but it was fixed.
