the CPU quota is not reset for three days

I have free account. I hit the CPU quota 3 days ago, and I still (for the 3d day) have a note:

CPU Usage 100% used: 435.40s of 100s Resets in 0 minutes

What should I do to reset daily quota?

I'm going to start using a paid plan soon.

paid account also did not reset for a few days. You are not alone

We had a little trouble with the process that resets allowances. It looks like it's working again.
