Hello,

When I try to open a Jupyter notebook from the files menu, I'm taken to a frame that says "consoles-6.pythonanywhere.com refused/rejected your connection" (my translation from swedish). What could be the problem?

EDIT: I see in the forums that other users have had this problem when connecting behind a firewall. I'm connecting from work so this could be the problem, but regular consoles and all other features work fine.

Yes, it's probably a firewall issue. Unfortunately Jupyter/IPython Notebooks need more open ports than the other features -- we designed our consoles to only use port 443, the normal HTTPS port, so most firewalls (though not all) work well with them. But Notebooks use 8887-8889 as well, which some firewalls restrict :-(

Yes it seems this is the case. It worked well at my home computer. Oh well...
