I'm been working on this Photo Organizer and Sharing App Part I at http://lightbird.net/dbe/photo.html. I'm trying to generate a thumbnail and when i do . I get this error. I have window vista the code is at the bottom

I'm a bit confused, is this an error you're getting in a Django app you're running on your own Windows Vista machine, or is it in one you're running on PythonAnywhere?
