PostgreSql connection

All my projects stopped and got an error "django.db.utils.OperationalError: connection failed: Success"

And when i open the Postgres console it returns:

psql: error: could not connect to server: Connection refused Is the server running on host "10.0.0.48" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 12773?

Console closed.

We had problem with one of our machines running postgres. Sorry for that. It should be fine now.
