install espeak ffmpeg libespeak1

Hi,

I'm trying to install the packages espeak, ffmpeg, libespeak1, but I get permissions denied.

It is possible to instal?

Users can't install system packages on PythonAnywhere. All the packages you mentioned are available on the most recent system image ("haggis"), have a look at this help page to see how to upgrade your system image.
