Hello, I ran out of space earlier today and upgraded my storage space from 1 GB to 10 GB. I provided my CC details and I think everything went through smoothly. However, I am unable to connect to my DB ever since. Even the Postgres terminal in my Pythonanywhere account gives me this error:

"psql: error: connection to server at "...", port * failed: Connection refusedIs the server running on that host and accepting TCP/IP connections? Console closed."

How can this be resolved?

For future people who have run out of space on their postgres db, you need to email support so that they can restart your db
