i am today checking all code files and dabase all are deleted automaticlly can you help me its urgent to backup all files

We don't have any systems that could delete your files, perhaps someone with access to your account deleted them, or a script with an error did so?

Either way, we can restore files from our backups; if you drop us a line at support@pythonanywhere.com giving us an indication as to when you last had the files, we'll take a look.
