Hi there, I have tried to subscribe to the Hacker plan today (5$/ month)

I tried to pay by a debit card and didn't realize I do not have enough credit in it. So an error occurs when I try to pay.

I immediately topped up the card and click "pay with the same card" in the page where it said I had a failed transaction during the subscription process. Another error occurs but I can see in my bank account that such $5 had been charged to my card.

Yet when I look into my account, I am still in free tier.

Please kindly help me out the issue.

We've already spotted that and the payment has been refunded (it should be processed within 5-10 working days) -- as the subscription on our side was not created, you need to try it again to upgrade your account.
