Hi there,

I'm trying to set-up a MySQL DB hosted here on the platform as a data-source to connect with a Grafana dashboard that's hosted on Grafana Cloud. But I'm getting "failed to connect to server" error messages. There's not much I can configure in terms of permissions or authentication, but I've used the connection details specified on the DB MySQL settings page (see screenshot)

Any ideas on what I need to change? Or is it not possible at all?
