Have you guys considered payment is crypto currencies? In Nigeria where I live, I can't make payment for upgrade and I really need it. The central bank of Nigeria stopped our cards from making payments for services outside of Nigeria.
And there's really no work around except crypto currencies.
Yes, we're familiar with payment issues from Nigeria, but we don't support crypto payments in the moment.
So you're telling me all your Nigerian customers are using the free version? What I mean is, if they have method they pay with, please I'll love to know. Thanks.
We do have Nigerian customers that are able to pay, but we're not quite sure how; some are successfully using PayPal or credit cards, and a few have requested to pay for annual accounts using bank transfers. It's possible that those who are succeeding with monthly payments have foreign cards that they are using, or something like that.
