Hello,

We've been getting reports from our users that the pythonanywhere coming soon page shows up,

instead of the supposed website content.

We don't know the cause of this and it only happens sometimes.

We've verified the log files but couldn't find anything obvious from there.

What might be happening and how can we fix this?

Make sure that the URL that was entered into the browser is the correct one.

the URL is correct. 100% sure that is not the reason

Can you ask the reporting users to make a screenshot of the browser tab (with the url visible) when that error happens?

We will be collecting the screenshots internally, I'll give more information when it happens again. thank you

it happened again. I got this information from the logs
