I tried to customize my account"Hacker" but getting this message Setting up your subscription, please wait...

How long do I have to wait to add 20 GB of space to my account? Initially, Hacker provided 1 GB and later I tried to customize it but still, my space is not added. Can you please look into this as soon as possible? The page is showing this "Setting up your subscription, please wait..." How long do I have to wait?
