Where's the database located

It is possible to know the OS that the database use?

im new at this, and im doing a deploy diagram, so i want to know if the database that ive migrated is in the same machine (where is my app located), thanks

it is not the same machine, but we have it set up so that the database is inside of the same "cluster of servers" as your webapp, and so you would not be going across the open internet to access the database.
