I create an App name accounts and put it into INSTALLED_APPS in settings file. But it keep throwing the error that No module named "accounts". Any idea how was that?? I tried many ways but dead end now. Thanks in advance for help.

Your site isn't throwing that error at the moment -- did you work out what the problem was? Remember that the error log shows all errors that your site has generated, with the most recent one at the bottom of the file.
