Whitelist suggestion: https://nlp.h-its.org/

When I run "bpemb_ru = BPEmb(lang='ru', vs=10000)" in my app, it doesn't work because 403. Seems like https://nlp.h-its.org/ is forbidden which pretty much prevents from using bpemb module comfortably. Any chance to see this whitelisted?

We can whitelist sites if they have an official public API. If that site has one, could you send us a link to the API docs?
