I need to host a chatting website but i'm not sure if pythonanywhere can do it, Any suggestion, please. I already subscribed to a web-dev plan.

is there a workaround to this, I mean is there another module that can be used instead?
No, there isn't. If it's just a chat app, you can probably do it with individual http requests with the browser periodically rechecking to see if there's an new messages.
