Hello guys, I forgot to downgrade my account and got a message today that this month payment has been deducted from my account automatically. I don't need this custom account any longer I downgraded it today. Can I get my money back? Also I know it's too late but I also never used this account last month too. If there any way you can check this and refund that money too I will be very thankful to you.
