Hey,

Is it possible we can have the chance to reset our CPU limit even if only once per month (incase we make some mistake). I had a program running overnight, with all 50 threads raising some exception, however these threads were still running and now i've woke up to being "in the tarpit" not being able to do anything and having to wait 22 hours before i'm able to do anything :( my program was just hanging doing nothing
