My college has very dirty front end for its attendance website so i am trying to login to website and scrap the attendance and represent it with my new front end but i am getting error

HTTPSConnectionPool(host='guru.gndec.ac.in', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /login/index.php (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

please allow access to guru.gndec.ac.in as we can not afford to purchase server to host our website

Free accounts can only access certain external sites that are on the whitelist

guru.gndec.ac.in is not on that list

Details on how to request things to be added to the whitelist can be found here, it will need to be an official API and you'll need to provide links to the documentation for the API to show it is official.
