PROXY ERROR / ORANGE API SMS

Hello i want to host my Django project using external API but i get this error :

ProxyError at /signup/ HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.orange.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url:

HOST : https://api.orange.com

Please to help me !

Send us a link to the API documentation and we'll consider it for the whitelist.

Free accounts can only access certain external sites that are on the whitelist

api.orange.com is not on that list
