CPU Seconds

Hi, I couldn't understand to Cpu seconds issue. I will deploy one site. It has a task. It will work 24 hours (It means that 24 hours It will use your CPU ) It means that There will be limit exceed . Is it true ?? Can you help me for better understanding please..
