Postgresql hard upgrade

Hi, I am unable to find the postgis_restore.pl script. It would be nice to have such script to simplify the restore of an 'old' backup. See http://www.postgis.org/docs/postgis_installation.html#hard_upgrade

Those scripts should now be available at

/usr/share/postgresql/9.4/contrib/postgis-2.1/

Let us know if everything looks OK?
