whitelist api.tenor.com

Hallo,

i tried to connect to api.tenor.com and got an Error.

> requests.exceptions.ProxyError:
> HTTPSConnectionPool(host='api.tenor.com', port=443)

Can you add it to your whitelist? Here is the documentation tenor.com/gifapi/documentation.
