Got a Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden

Tried to connect to our WooCommerce installation on wordpress, but got a 403, guess this is about whitelisting as well?

We don't whitelist individual sites that are not useful for other free users.

I encountered the same problem. In case I upgrade my account to one of the paid option, will you be able to whitelist WooCommerce REST API for me?

If you upgrade your account, the whitelist does not apply, so you'll be able to access the site without it being in the whitelist.
