hi ，I add an Always-on tasks ,then I click start this task, It 's need 2~4 minutes，then I stop this task,It also need 2~4 minutes , why?

why need so much time to start or stop a task？
that's how our infrastructure works at the moment. For the always-on tasks, startup time will be around 30s-5min.
