How can i get money back

Hello, how can i get money back after downgrating account?

And second question: how can i activate disabled web application?

Send an email to support@pythonanywhere.com. If the web app was disabled by a downgrade, then you need to re-upgrade. If it was for some other reason, contact support so we can help you out.
