I have scheduled a task to run daily at 4.30 am UTC /home/vatsarj/source/rankStocks.py However, the task does not trigger the script. Please note the same program runs fine without any issue when executed manually. Please help....

Hmm, it looks like it is running -- but because you've made some changes to the specific command that it runs today, the logfile location has changed. You can see the old logfile here.
