I try to connect to BigW website and got this error. I read other posts which show that the problem may be the whitelist of the server. Would you plz fix it for me?

Two error I need to fix here:

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.bigw.com.au', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /search/?text=gament+Steamer (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

requests.exceptions.ProxyError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='search.www.davidjones.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /search?w=gament+Steamer (Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden',)))

Hi there- it should not be an issue if you are a paying user. Could you try starting a new console? (ie. don't use an old console from before your upgrade)
