Unable to setup instagram python

I am trying to setup python for instagram. When I paste the clone file in batch console, it says done but when i type cd instabot.py ot gives error. Is there any step by step guide for this?

Did the clone extract into that directory?

Yes in the file section

Then you should be able to cd into it. What is the error?

When I downloaded the example.py file, its not giving me the option to edit likes, comments etc

I'm confused. You downloaded a file? From where? Are you running it?

In cmd. I think i messed up everything...i would appreciate if you can give me the step by step process to set up instagram python
