Post a link to the public API documentation that shows the domain for the API and we'll condider it for inclusion in the whitelist.

It is a university site where university publishes exam notifications. I'm checking for exam notifications via cron and passes SMS to some friends about notification.

I dont think have any public api documentation

Then it's not a candidate for the whitelist. One of the requirements is that it should be a publicly available API.
