SSL certificate

Hi, Sometime yesterday I tried to install an SSL cert according to the instructions. Today it is not installed. Have I missed something out? Thanks.

No, you didn't miss anything -- the final installation of the certificate is something we have to do on our side.

No problem! I see you'd sent a user feedback message at 8pm last night our time -- we make sure that everything is processed in a maximum of 24 hours, but normally it's a lot faster during our working day. (And, of course, we always have people on call for urgent system-wide issues.)
