Install denied

I could not install Peercoin_rpc library ! Why ?

error: could not create '/usr/local/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/peercoin_rpc': Permission denied

There are some extra command-line flags you need to use to install packages on PythonAnywhere; this help page should explain everything.
