Schedule a task every 10 mins from..

How could I schedule a task every 10 mins from 13:00 to 23:00

could you use a single hourly task, that checks what time it is and exits early if it's before 1300 or after 2300, and otherwise runs some code in a loop 6 times, sleeping for 10 minutes in each iteration?

I'm confused, a hourly at 15 mins, what does it mean, 1 .- the job run every 15 mins or 2 .- the job run in the mintute 10(13:15, 14:15, 15:15, ....

Number 2 - 15 minutes past each hour.
