Hello, may I switch to 2000 cpu secs w/ 3 web apps plan (9.50/mo)? Also, my credit card is expiring soon, how would I deal with that?

you can just go to your accounts page and make the switch by customising your plan and then updating your credit card when asked for payment.

But my term isn't over yet. I don't want to be charged again until the end of my term.

You won't be. We only change the payment amount and take the payment at the end of the term.
