Hi there guys,

I've set up my own domain name for a web app hosted here. The CNAME record works. After placing my files in the correct folder I receive the 'coming soon' message. This site has worked before, this seems very intermittent. I have refreshed the web app etc, checked my error logs but to no avail. Any ideas on what I could try next?

The most likely issue is that your web app isn't named the same as your CNAME. Make sure that you actually have a web app at the domain that your CNAME is defined as.
