No idea why 500 gb is already "76% full"

There's no file in any of my hosted data that goes over 700 KB, images included, so how is 377 GB being used?

I just signed up yesterday, and this is happening to me too.

"377.2 GB of your 500.0 GB quota"

I think something's gone screwy - for a start there's no PythonAnywhere plan with a 500gb limit...

So? Why am I getting this message and who do I need to contact to see my proper limit?

Sorry for the slow reply here. I just emailed @DuyLLC about this, but it's worth repeating here for everyone else: sometimes our quota-reporting system gets confused and tells you how much space is left on the disk your data is stored on, instead of telling you how much of your quota you're using.

I've kicked the system for both DuyLLC and mtthwchristian, and it looks like it's sorted now.
