My console has simply turned off more than once, that is, it is there but creaks inside, it just doesn't work, even extracting what I wrote doesn't work and it's not a problem in my code, I even created a helper the code that keeps it alive but anyway in the morning I wake up, write a command to the bot and no response, nothing, just nothing

Do you run your script in the console? Consoles are ephemeral by design. We have Always on tasks for long running jobs. See https://help.pythonanywhere.com/pages/AlwaysOnTasks/
