I wrote a Python bot to check for its availability every hour (based on my local time) and added a command to check immediately. When I tested it, the log showed: "HTTPSConnectionPool(host='www.n-nine-store.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /item/99660814.html (Caused by ProxyError('Unable to connect to proxy', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 403 Forbidden')))."
