Please add firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov to the free-plan proxy whitelist. It is NASA FIRMS (Fire Information for Resource Management System), a public read-only HTTPS API for active fire detections. Docs: https://firms.modaps.eosdis.nasa.gov/api/. Several other NASA domains are already whitelisted (api.nasa.gov, power.larc.nasa.gov).
