I canceled my paid plan a few months ago and requested a refund based on the 30-day money-back guarantee / terms, but I haven't received it on my bank account yet.

30-day money back guarantee is for first 30 days. But I see there was a refund made for you out of courtesy -- it may take up to 10 working days to be fully processed though.
