Hi PythonAnywhere Team,

I just customized and upgraded my account to a paid plan ($10/month) and also received the payment confirmation email. However, my web app dashboard is still showing the free beginner tier limits and asking me to "Switch Now" or pay again.

Because the account status hasn't correctly updated on the dashboard, my web app is still blocked from making external API requests to Delta Exchange India, and my trading webhooks are failing.

My username is Pradeepvishant. Could you please manually check and update my account status to the paid plan so my external network access opens up?

It looks like you downgraded your account 2 hours after you upgraded. That is why you are seeing the free limits.

I have refunded your payment. It should appear in your statement within 10 business days.
