Здравствуйте! Я использую бесплатный аккаунт для Telegram-бота. При попытке установить Webhook или использовать polling возникает ошибка 503 ProxyError. Запросы блокируются прокси-сервером. Не могли бы вы добавить моего бота (или разрешить доступ к api.telegram.org) в белый список? Мой логин: azdaha05. Заранее спасибо!

The requests are not being blocked by the proxy. That is an error from the service you're connecting to
