Allowlist request for *.cafe24api.com - still getting 403

Hi,

I previously requested *.cafe24api.com to be added to the allowlist and was told it was added, but I'm still getting a 403 error:

curl: (56) Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT

My username is: choibokyeong Endpoint: ozkiz1.cafe24api.com (port 443)

Could you please check?
