Over the past few days I've been experiencing prolonged outages with my apps hosted on the EU servers (eu.pythonanywhere.com). The issue is strange in that the apps appear to be accessible from some computers/networks but completely unreachable from others at the same time — suggesting a partial outage rather than a full one.
The apps have been running fine for months with no code changes, so this appears to be an infrastructure issue on the EU cluster rather than anything application-specific. It seems to resolve itself after a few hours, but has been recurring with increasing frequency.
Could you let me know:
Is there a known issue with the EU servers? Is there monitoring in place that would catch partial outages like this (where some nodes are up but others aren't)? Is there anything on my end I can do to mitigate this, or is this something being actively worked on? Thanks
