Can't connect to mysql server

(2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server ... (111)")

Haven't changed anything with my code, suddenly stopped connecting. Have seen at least 1 other person with this problem is this a pythonanywhere issue?

We had an issue with one of our MySQL servers and it took some time to resolve.
