My app is no longer able to connect to mysql database.
These is the message I'm seeing in the database section of pythonanywhere.

I have upgraded to a paid account but still nothing has changed.

yep im getting the same issue.
It's really bad being completely blind of what is going on, whether an issue is being given attention or not. And also not knowing how long it's going to take to get back onlline.
Please if there is anyone on the other end of this forum, kindly give some feedback. There is lots of pressure over here.

+1 — Same issue here. My MySQL server has been refusing connections since 09:47 UTC (over 1h 30min now).
Error: (MySQLdb.OperationalError) (2003, "Can't connect to MySQL server on 'preventivi.mysql.pythonanywhere-services.com:3306' (111)")
Database: preventivi$preventivi_test Account: preventivi (paid Custom plan) Web app: www.temprapp.it — production app, completely offline.
Ticket already sent via Contact Support around 10:25 UTC, no reply yet.
Please give us an ETA. Business users are unable to work and we are completely blind on the situation.
