Hi PythonAnywhere team,
This is an urgent production issue for us.
Our managed PostgreSQL database ran out of storage earlier today. We upgraded the database storage to 150GB, the highest tier available, but the database is still not accepting connections.
Our Django web app is currently down because it cannot connect to PostgreSQL. We already reloaded the web app, but the issue remains.
Could staff please restart/reactivate the managed PostgreSQL service or confirm that the storage upgrade has been applied correctly?
We need this resolved as soon as possible, please.
