Hello pythonanywhere:

For some reason I am not receiving emails from support@pythonanywhere.com. My internet provider Spectrum.net in nyc. My email address evers@nyc.rr.com Nothing on my end as far as blocked senders, domain pythonanywhere.com on my whitelist

I sent an email "TEST MAIL 12345" to support@pythonanywhere.com. If recieved, pls let me know. Could you echo it back and see if there were any bounce/SMTP errors you get when replying ?

Thank you for your patience in this matter(most frustrating).......

I received that email, but deleted it. There was no indication that I should so anything else with it.

Hello Python Anywhere,

What can you do from the support service? Dates when you sent me to renew your subscription

Hi Glenn, Thank you for your prompt reponse and patience in this matter. Okay, so it seems I am still able to send and you receive via support@pythonanywhere.com. Would it be possible for you to send me a bogus email from support@pythonanywhere.com to evers@nyc.rr.com. I will look for it on my end and if you could spot any bounce/smtp errors on your end, this might help narrow down the problem.

Again, thank you for your patience in this matter, most frustrating.......

evers@nyc.rr.com

@evers That's done for you
