Upgrade an account

Please, how long does it take for changes to reflect after upgrading an account from a beginner account to a developer account? I upgraded mine yesterday 20/01/26, but there has been no change so far.

Upgrades are instant -- if you paid and there was no upgrade that means there was a glitch in a payment system:

  • cnator that was the case for you -- we received a payment but the upgrade didn't happen, so I refunded the paid amount (it should be processed within max. 10 working days)
  • js602 I see you successfully upgraded your account and then immediately downgraded, so I also refunded your payment

Okay Sir, it means I will have to redo it when the money arrives. I don't even understand how I downgraded

@cnator -- yes, you still need to set up the subscription. You didn't downgrade, the upgrade didn't happen because of some glitch between our system and Stripe.
